Suddenly the news of Grandpas death came at 1.30pm on 24 aug. now i need to rush to periyakulam from Hyderabad. The only way to reach periyakulam is by kesinenei travels(forget air traval, its costly). took kesisnenei near Hyder nagar petrol bunk at 5.42 pm. reached Jadcherla restaurant by 7.30pm, Kurnool 9 pm, Anantapur 11.57pm. Fell asleep, thinking that the bus will go via NH7. I woke up around 4.20AM. saw a board in Tamil:Varattanapalli. My god the bus took Kuppam route. Reached Salem sharp 6 am. My stop watch showed 12:18 hours running time.
then i took salem-theni bus. it went like a town bus, 8.45am reached karur. 10.35am-dindugal
12.15pm reached periakulam.
went to crematorium around 4.00pm.my grandpa was a highways inspector.
27 aug 1.50pm started from pkm with my brother. reached salem by 8.15pm
met friends at 5 roads.
28-08-2010; started from Salem at 8.10 am towards Bangalore, got down at City market around 1.00pm. took bus number 251 and reached YPR. started from YPR by 7604 and a monotonous journey towards Hyd begun. Reached Kacheguda by 5.30 am on 29 th. took 83 bus to ammerpet and ended in my home.
